His innate desire to succeed was further catalyzed shortly after he worked for the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club. He realized he wanted to do more for the children of the club than simply mentor. He wanted to impart them with a life lesson. He felt it was imperative to show them that life gives us all many options and most importantly that failure doesn't just happen. Its a choice and they must choose to succeed. After unsuccessfully launching his first venture, Upscale Promotions In 2001, Randy B and his Upscale partners parted ways. At the time it seemed as if that particular partnership was not proving to be the most productive and they each went their separate ways. Randy B however still felt strongly about creating a promoting team that would ultimately prove to be a force to be reckoned with. In 2002 Randy B and his Co-Founder Andre (DJ KAOS) decided to regroup and start afresh. Overcoming much negative feedback and many obstacles, Randy B and DJ Kaos decided that they must stand firm in what they believed and in November 2002, they formed the now impervious STAND-FIRM ENTERTAINMENT. Already with a corporate following, Stand-Firm Entertainment brought on VP/Events Coordinator City Cash in April 2003. Known for his musical & industry background, City Cash became a key factor in the development of STAND-FIRM's industry contacts. This addition made the team well rounded and ready to become the powerful entertainment company that it is today. In such a short period of time, Stand-Firm Entertainment has made its way to the top and has gained the respect & title as one of NY's top promotional teams. As Randy B's passion for promoting continues to grow, his hunger for success becomes stronger.
