The Fellowship Of Psalmist And Minstrels-Hello my name is King David Cason III, I ?m an psalmist and worship leader at Faith Christian Center Church in Greenwood, South Carolina and I believe as music leaders in our churches we cannot afford to help raise another generation of ?just church-goers? and having services where people say ? we had a good time?, there needs to be life changing deposits made in lives of our congregants, where they actually don?t leave church the way they came? and as God?s Psalmist and Minstrels our lives should reflect Christ and our lives should be that of consecrated vessels for God?s service, its time for us to challenge ourselves to experience God in a different way?that?s why I?ve founded The Fellowship Of Psalmist & MinstrelsAn intercessory prayer and bible study group for those of us who serve faithfully in the music ministry.Jesus said, ?Yet a time is coming and has now come when the trueWorshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are theKind of worshippers the Father seeks. God is Spirit, and his worshippersMust worship in spirit and in truth.? [John 4:23-24] True worship means being totallyAvailable to God; it is a lifestyle of bringing glory to God.Worship is not just about music and singing; but it?s what we do through our Social reformation, our study of the Bible, our parenting, and our conversion. Worship means appreciating God because he is worthy. It quite simply is the appropriate adoration of a greater being. This is the right response before a holy & good God. Added to that, of course, Worshipping God is not just about singing songs: as disciples of Jesus Everything we do (our work, our family life, our study, our leisure time) can & should be worship to God
